Bodies in Doubt  among “the 381 Books Removed From the Naval Academy Library”

(April 4, 2025): “The list also includes books about gender and sexuality, like ‘Bodies in Doubt: An American History of Intersex’ by Elizabeth Reis. . . . President Trump issued a separate executive order in January proclaiming that there are only two sexes.”

In May 2025, the Navy reversed the decision and my book is back in their library!
